Suceava County is located in the northeastern part of Romania, between Pietrosul Călimanului (2,022 meters altitude) and the Siret bed (233 meters altitude), in a natural setting dominated by central and northeast European bioclimatic elements, which creates An unusual landscape harmony, on the geographical coordinates 24˚57'-26˚40 'east longitude and 47˚4'55 "- 47˚57'31" north longitude, with an amphitheater-shaped setting. The county is bordered to the north by Ukraine, to the east by Botosani County, to the south-east by Iasi County, by the Neamt and Harghita counties to the south, by the Mures County to the southwest, and by the counties of Bistrita Nasaud and Maramures to the west.
