The town of Milisauti is located in the southern part of Radautiu depression, at the intersection of the two old commercial roads Suceava - Radauti - Putna and Radauti - Arbore - Solca - Gura Humorului.
The rural character of the locality was maintained even after promotion to the city rank. Thus, the settlement is known especially for the production of cabbage and cucumbers, which in the meantime became a visiting card for the Milişăuţi. Nevertheless, there is a certain tendency of passing from village to town in terms of the aspect of the locality.
Milişăuţi has an area of 35 km² and is located in the south of Rădăuţi depression, at a distance of 8 km from Rădăuţi and 28 km from the city of Suceava, the county seat of the same name. Milişăuţi is at the crossing of two old commercial roads, Suceava - Rădăuţi and Rădăuţi - Solca. Also, the Suceava - Rădăuţi - Putna / Nisipitu railway crosses the town. The structure of the town of Milişăuţi includes the former village (become neighborhood) Bădeuţi, and the Gara and Lunca have the status of villages affiliated with the city.
